Dried mixed 'Bean Crock' Beans 500g

Beans mixed to a traditional recipe for use in Jersey Bean Crock.

Soak beans for 12 hours in cold water. Change water regularly. Slice onion and carrots, place in bean crock or slow cooker with pork hock. Add 1 stock cube per litre of water enough to cover contents in pot. Cook in oven for about 12 hours stirring regularly and topping up with water.

Ideal to eat with fresh crusty bread.
