Pasta freshly made in Jersey by Bracewells.
Fresh pasta cooks much quicker than dried pasta, in only a few minutes. Remove all packaging. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil and add pasta. Give it a gentle stir so that the pasta is separated. After 2 minutes, lift out a strand of pasta, break a little off, look at the middle, does it look cooked? Try eating a bit, does it taste cooked? Ideally it should be "al dente" (still a little firm to the bite). If it is too firm, let it cook a little longer, and test again until cooked. Drain and serve straight away. Bouan appétit!
